hello! i’m so happy that you’ve found my page. i’d love to help you make flowers a part of your life. why should you trust me for help? i am an Oregon State University Master Gardener™ trained plant nerd who has spent years taking classes and workshops learning and experimenting with growing plants. my focus the last few years has been fresh cut flowers but i will always incorporate native and edible plants into my gardens. my garden journey started when i found my forever home and finally had outdoor space. i went down the rabbit hole with native plants and worked through the Columbia Land Trust and Bird Alliance of Oregon to get my Backyard Habitat certification. suddenly there were pollinators and color everywhere and i was hooked. my garden was bursting at the seams and i needed more space. my neighbors were happy to support me with my new goal of farming the neighborhood and offered up their sunny parking strips and lawns.

located in inner north portland, i turn weedy and useless grass into pockets of color buzzing with pollinators. taking advantage of the full sun of the city’s “hell strips” and unwanted lawns i am able to sustainably grow thousands of flowers right here in the piedmont neighborhood.
